Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using BridgeIB (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use BridgeIB. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the Service for legitimate career-recruiting purposes.

3. The Service

BridgeIB provides a database of investment banking contacts, AI-assisted personalization for cold-email drafts, Gmail integration to send or draft outreach emails, automated multi-step follow-up sequences, firm research briefs, mock interview practice, and related career-recruiting tools. Availability and features of specific paid tiers are described on our pricing page and may change.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
• You may not share your account or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or trial periods.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or send spam, abusive, or fraudulent content.

5. Acceptable Use

When using BridgeIB you agree NOT to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email beyond reasonable recruiting outreach, or violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR.
• Harass, defame, or impersonate anyone in your emails. The Service is for outreach about your own genuine career interest only.
• Scrape, redistribute, resell, or republish our lead database, AI outputs, or site content.
• Use the Service to send malicious attachments, phishing messages, or fraudulent content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, or prompts.
• Circumvent rate limits, daily caps, plan restrictions, or access controls.
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service except as we explicitly provide.

We enforce a daily cap of approximately 50 outbound drafts per user to protect Gmail deliverability — your domain reputation is yours to lose, and we won't let one user burn it for everyone.

6. Paid Plans

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and auto-renew until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation ends access at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion, typically within 14 days of the first charge if you have not yet sent any campaigns.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email; existing subscriptions are honored at the prior price through the end of the current billing period.
• Late or failed payments may result in temporary downgrade to Free tier until resolved.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of everything you upload (resumes, profile data, email templates, edits to AI-generated drafts). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

8. Our Content

The lead database, AI outputs (firm research, email hooks, mock interview questions), email templates, and site content are provided to you for your personal use. You may use them to send outreach on your own behalf but may not redistribute, publish, or train other models with them.

9. Third-Party Services

BridgeIB integrates with Google (Gmail), Stripe, Anthropic, Resend, Vercel, Neon, and others. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We aren't responsible for outages, data loss, or other issues caused by those providers, though we will reasonably assist you in resolving them.

10. Disclaimers

BridgeIB does not guarantee interviews, internships, job offers, replies, open rates, or any specific recruiting outcome. We make no representations about investment-banking hiring decisions, which are made by the firms you contact, not us. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, opportunities, or data.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law (including anti-spam laws or recipients' privacy rights).

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for activity that risks Gmail deliverability or harms recipients. You may delete your account at any time from settings or by emailing support. Upon termination, your access ends and we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or a banner on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
