1. Agreement

By creating an account or using BridgeIB (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use BridgeIB. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the Service for legitimate career-recruiting purposes.

3. The Service

BridgeIB is a tool for automating your own cold outreach. You bring your own list of contacts, and we provide AI-assisted personalization for cold-email drafts, Gmail integration to draft and send outreach, automated multi-step follow-up sequences, firm research briefs, a recruiting roadmap, live voice and HireVue-style video mock interview practice, a community forum where users post questions and videos, and related career-recruiting tools. You supply the people you want to reach; BridgeIB helps you research, write, schedule, and track the outreach from your own inbox. Availability and features of specific paid tiers are described on our pricing page and may change.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
You may not share your account or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or trial periods.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or send spam, abusive, or fraudulent content.

5. Acceptable Use

When using BridgeIB you agree NOT to:

Upload or import contacts you do not have a lawful basis to store and email. You are the sender of every message you send through the Service and are solely responsible for complying with anti-spam and data-protection laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/UK GDPR, and similar) toward the people you reach out to.
Send unsolicited bulk email beyond reasonable recruiting outreach, or violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR.
Harass, defame, or impersonate anyone in your emails. The Service is for outreach about your own genuine career interest only.
Scrape, redistribute, resell, or republish BridgeIB's content, AI outputs, firm classifications, or any contact data we make available to you.
Use the Service to send malicious attachments, phishing messages, or fraudulent content.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, or prompts.
Circumvent rate limits, daily caps, plan restrictions, or access controls.
Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service except as we explicitly provide.
Post content to the community forum that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that discloses other people's private information.
Upload video you do not have the right to share, or that features other people without their consent. Forum posts are public, and we may remove, archive, or take down any post or video at our discretion.

We enforce daily caps on outbound drafts and per-campaign limits on how many contacts you can enroll. These vary by plan (see the pricing page) and exist to protect Gmail deliverability — your domain reputation is yours to lose, and we won't let one user burn it for everyone.

6. Paid Plans

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and auto-renew until canceled.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation ends access at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate.
Refunds are issued at our discretion, typically within 14 days of the first charge if you have not yet sent any campaigns.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email; existing subscriptions are honored at the prior price through the end of the current billing period.
Late or failed payments may result in temporary downgrade to Free tier until resolved.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of everything you submit, including resumes, profile data, the contact lists you upload, email templates, edits to AI-generated drafts, and anything you post to the community forum (questions, replies, and uploaded videos). For private content you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

For contacts you upload, you represent and warrant that you have a lawful basis to provide that information to us and to contact those individuals for recruiting outreach. We act as a processor on your behalf: each account's contacts are private to that account, and we use them only to run the outreach you create.

For content you post to the public forum, you additionally grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it publicly within the Service. You are responsible for what you post, it is visible to anyone, and we may remove, archive, or take down any forum post or video that violates these Terms or that we judge harmful, at our discretion and without notice.

8. Our Content

Our AI outputs (firm research, email hooks, mock interview questions), firm classifications, email templates, and site content are provided to you for your personal use. You may use them to send outreach on your own behalf but may not redistribute, publish, resell, or train other models with them.

9. Third-Party Services

BridgeIB integrates with Google (Gmail), Stripe, Anthropic, Apollo, ElevenLabs, Resend, Vercel, Neon, and others. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We aren't responsible for outages, data loss, or other issues caused by those providers, though we will reasonably assist you in resolving them.

10. Disclaimers

BridgeIB does not guarantee interviews, internships, job offers, replies, open rates, or any specific recruiting outcome. We make no representations about investment-banking hiring decisions, which are made by the firms you contact, not us. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, opportunities, or data.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law (including anti-spam laws or recipients' privacy rights).

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for activity that risks Gmail deliverability or harms recipients. You may delete your account at any time from settings or by emailing support. Upon termination, your access ends and we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or a banner on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
